Do I need a referral link for referring friends? If I do where is the link?

This is not to make posters life more difficult and even in the case of the admin. But to discourage multiple sign up from a single user, why don't you peg a minimum posts to new referrals or members before points are credited to the referring member?

On the single user single IP policy, how are you going to deal with those members who make use of dynamic IPs?

You can see your referral link in your control panel (User CP). I have just added this new into control panel.
